Data and purposes

Contact forms collect your name, email, telephone, professional role, hotel, city, room count, request type and message to respond to your inquiry and assess services. Do not provide sensitive information, guest records or identity documents. The form does not enroll you in newsletters or unrelated marketing campaigns.

Providers and international processing

The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare services for domain management and protection of certain connections. These services help deliver the website and may process technical connection data. Forms are sent directly to FormSubmit for verification and delivery to info@jl.com.mx. Google Analytics loads only after you accept measurement. These services may process information outside Mexico.

FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days; this does not delete copies received in our mailbox. We do not sell personal data. Disclosures to service providers must follow the applicable processing conditions. Any additional transfer requiring consent will be disclosed before it occurs.

Cookies and choices

Google Analytics remains disabled until you accept measurement cookies. You can reject them and continue browsing or change your decision under Privacy preferences. Your choice is stored in this browser for 183 days. If you accept, _ga and _ga_* cookies may last up to two years depending on configuration and browser restrictions. The preference duration does not mean all data is deleted after six months.

When you reject measurement, the website stops loading Analytics and removes the first-party GA cookies it can manage on this domain. Meta Pixel is not enabled. Request tracking records a return from the FormSubmit process; it does not certify inbox delivery. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers and messages are not sent to Analytics.

Hosting and form providers may use technical security and verification controls. Form verification is completed on FormSubmit.

Your rights

To request access, rectification, cancellation or objection, email info@jl.com.mx. Include your name, a reply channel, the right you wish to exercise and the relevant data. Identity and any representation will be verified through an agreed channel. Do not attach identity documents to the commercial contact form.

We will communicate our determination within twenty business days of receiving the request and, if applicable, implement it within fifteen business days following the response. Any legally permitted extension will be explained and communicated. Access will be provided through electronic documents using the agreed channel after identity verification. Requests are free of charge, subject to legally permitted reproduction or delivery costs. Withdrawal applies prospectively and remains subject to legal retention duties.

Retention and updates

Data is retained as needed to respond to your request and comply with applicable obligations. Enquiries that do not become client relationships will be reviewed 12 months after the last exchange so that data no longer needed can be deleted or anonymised; legal retention duties and disputes will be assessed separately.
